Every Camper needs a Weekend Camping Pass to access the weekend’s event (not two Day Passes).
You’ll also need a pitch: tent, camper van or new for 2026 Royal Bell Tent. Larger tent set ups may require additional pitch space. To camp besides your fellowship, please book together or email us your group’s order number and we will do our best to accomodate.

What’s Included in your Weekend Stay?
Entry to the Loxwood Joust on Saturday and Sunday, 10 am – 6 pm with unlimited re-entry.
Park your campervan on a spacious 7x9m hardstanding pitch, complete with a 500-watt electric hookup and access to communal waste disposal. Your perfect base for a weekend in the Kingdom!
Perfect for couples, friends, or even the solo venturer seeking ease and comfort. Choose between a double or twin beds, each dressed with cotton linen, duvets, and pillows. Your tent comes complete with a side table, lamp, and fairy-lit touches for a cosy retreat at the heart of the Kingdom.

Gather your party of four in comfort and style. Your pre-pitched bell tent features double or single beds, soft cotton linens, duvets, and pillows. With a side table, lamp, and magical fairy lights, it’s your welcoming haven after a weekend of jousts, feasts, and festivities.
Parking is limited, so please book in advance to secure your space. Each car requires a Parking Pass (motorbikes free). To avoid extra booking fees, add your pass when purchasing your tickets. We encourage carpooling. Fewer carriages mean a greener, calmer meadow.
Each shuttle ticket shows a date, time, and location – this location is your pick-up point. For example, if you select 1st August, Loxwood Jous Station, 15:00, your shuttle will collect you from Loxwood and take you straight to the your chosen station.
For those camping within the realm, a Campers’ Shuttle now runs from Horsham to the campsite on Friday and returns Monday – be sure to book the correct ticket for your journey.
“Nock, Draw, Loose!”. The perfect introduction to master the art of the bow. Step into the boots of a Loxwood archer in this 30-minute session and learn the skills of target shooting, instinctive aiming, and traditional hunting. Suitable for ages 12+, and all skill levels welcome.
Join the Loxwood Army and learn sword fighting techniques in this 30-minute sword fighting workshop. Master the art of swordplay and become a noble defender of the realm. Steel training for ages 16+.
Embark on your journey to knighthood with the Wood Sword School. Learn the art of swordplay and the fundamentals of combat in this 30-minute training session. Perfect for aspiring defenders of the realm, ages 7+.
Join us for a 1-hour blacksmithing session and learn the ancient art of metalwork. Using fire, steel, and hammer, you’ll forge your own piece of modern history. Choose one project from the selection available on the day. Ages 18+. Please wear closed-toe shoes, long trousers, and natural fabrics. Long hair must be tied back. Late arrivals (15+ mins) cannot be accommodated.
Join us for a 1-hour leatherworking session and create your own masterpiece. Learn the techniques of stamping and stitching, then take home a handmade memento of the Kingdom of Loxwood. Choose one project from the selection available on the day. Ages 18+. Please wear closed-toe shoes and long trousers, with long hair tied back. Late arrivals (15+ mins) cannot be accommodated.
Create your own custom copper pendant in this new 1-hour workshop. Learn the traditional technique of fold forming to shape a copper leaf. This hands-on session involves the use of hammers throughout and requires good hand strength. All tools and materials are provided. Ages 16+ only.
Craft your own unique copper bowl in this 1-hour copper bowl forging workshop! Personalise your piece by stamping your name with letter punches. Get ready to hammer and shape your creation! Hand strength required. Ages 16+ only.
Explore the ancient art of tablet weaving in this 45-minute workshop! Using simple card turns, create intricate patterns right before your eyes. With looms pre-set and ready, it’s a hands-on experience perfect for both adults and children. Ages 7+ (with parental supervision).
Discover the craft of bookbinding and leatherwork in this 1-hour introductory session. Stain and decorate your own leather cover, sew the pages by hand, and finish with a classic leather strap closure. By the end, you’ll have created a beautiful, historic-style book to treasure.

Gather your fellowship (up to six) for a 30-minute celebration. Exchange vows, receive ceremonial bands, and forge lasting memories within the Kingdom of Loxwood. This ticket admits four people, with the option to add up to two extra guests using the Extra Guest ticket below.
